You can update your payment details by simply:

What bank details do you need?

We need the following to change where we pay your pension:

  • the name of your new financial institution
  • BSB number (the branch code)
  • account number.

Please don’t close your current account until payments go into your new account.

We must confirm your details for privacy and security reasons when you call.

How long does the change take?

Generally we require eight days to change where your pension is paid.
